Private circles. Real relationships. Important conversations.
A private membership society for founders building significant companies.
The founding membership is currently being assembled.
As the company grows, the decisions get bigger — and the room gets smaller.
Employees
Aren't always the right sounding board.
Investors
Carry their own interests.
Family
Supports without always understanding the business.
Most founders
End up with hundreds of contacts and very few true peers.
Foundoors exists to put the right people back around you — for the decisions that matter most.
"There was always someone around me. And yet, sometimes, I felt remarkably alone."
Belong to a Conclave.
Every member belongs to a Conclave — a private circle of 6 to 8 founders, matched around scale, experience and perspective. A confidential room for the decisions that are difficult to make alone.
By scale and stakes
Founders operating at a similar level of complexity, so the conversation goes straight to what matters.
A standing appointment
Not a one-off event. A relationship that compounds, meeting after meeting, year after year.
No pitching. No spectators.
What is said in a Conclave stays in the Conclave. What is learned can leave the room.
Join Foundoors. Belong to a Conclave. Meet at the Table. Come together at the Gathering.
One table. A handful of founders. No stage, no badges.
You're about to hire a COO. Two people at the table have already made that hire wrong once. Someone else built in a market you're about to enter, three years ago. That's the whole idea — good food, and enough time for a real conversation.
Build the company. Build the life.
Success should create freedom, perspective and relationships — not simply more responsibility.
Company
Build something significant, with people who understand what that takes.
Wealth
Turn success into freedom — not just a bigger balance sheet.
Relationships
Surround yourself with people who raise your standards.
Self
Grow into the founder your company now needs.
Life
Actually experience what you are building toward.
Membership is international. Fit is what matters, not geography.
Foundoors was founded from Kosovo, by someone who has spent her career working across Europe and the United States. But a Conclave works because the people in it understand each other's stakes — not because they share a passport. We're just as glad to hear from a founder in Zurich, Dubai or New York as one in Prishtina.
Scale
Has this person built something meaningful?
Complexity
Are they facing decisions with real weight — hiring, capital, expansion, succession?
Contribution
Would the other founders in the room actually benefit from having them there?
Character
Integrity, discretion, curiosity, and the willingness to listen as much as speak.
The first members of Foundoors will do more than join it. They will help shape what it becomes.
Founding members influence the culture, the format of Conclave, the experiences we build and where Foundoors goes next. Membership remains deliberately small.
